Our 6 year old (114 in computer years) machine made its last beep and died of covid-19 on April 14, 2020. After a bereavement period, my wife tasked me with finding a new one. I mistakenly thought I was intelligent enough to build my own. NOPE! After a frustrating summer of trying everything to get it running while my wife threatened to leave me over it, I decided I needed help. That’s when I took my new pc to Mark.Along with being very friendly and professional, Mark was also extremely knowledgable. He was able to diagnose issues others had missed and find solutions. He was very good about communicating and updating throughout the process. He was very transparent about everything. The entire process went as smooth as it possibly could.And let’s just say, Mark saved my marriage

I recently used My Computer Solutionz to diagnosis and repair a 6-year-old laptop. They exceeded my expectations is every way. The diagnosis was economical, accurate, and completed early. They offered different solutions to fit my price range and technical requirements. After the various alternatives were well explained, I selected an option and they fixed the machine (early again). Mark was a complete life saver! He went out of his way to help me get back up and running and when my computer was not salvageable, he again went out of his way to help me. Located a new computer for me (on sale!!) from Best Buy, told me what to look for and even helped me late at night when I was having trouble getting my new one up and running!!
