    * Urgent requests outside normal 9am-8pm weekday hours (10am-3pm weekend) or holidays may incur an additional fee. We will reply ASAP for requests marked “Urgent” and discuss any additional fees.

    Software Issue Deposit $30
    Hardware Issue Deposit $45
    Deposit may be applied toward the cost of repairs.

    Virus/Malware Removal $45-$95
    Replace Hard Drive $45 + Parts
    (Re-installation of Windows extra)
    Upgrade Memory (Free to $30) + Parts
    Replacing Mobile Screens $65 and up (depending on model)

    All desktop interior cases are cleaned at no charge!

    How we are safely serving you
    If you plan to drop off your equipment please note these changes on how we are currently operating to keep you safe.

    1. On arrival you can text or call and I will come outside to meet youThe number is (336) 338-8932, opt 9. It’s my style to greet customers by shaking hands, but for now a wave and nod will do.

    2. Masks are encouraged since we may be within 6 feet of each other for a brief moment or two while exchanging equipment.

    3. If you plan to wait on service, I ask that you please wait outside, in your car, or come back.  We can send a text to you when your service is complete.  

    4. Any areas of your equipment that we potentially touch will be cleaned with an alcohol-based germicidal/disinfectant before and after service.  This goes for power cords or other accessories you leave.  These cleaners may leave streaking on your screen that simple Windex will clean.  Otherwise, they aren’t known to harm your hardware.
